There are scientists and researchers of all types dedicated to studying our every move and behaviors.

Currently, I am reading the book the Invisible Gorilla, which is based on an experiment designed to show us that our perception of situations are not always correct and that we are not as observant as we think.  It’s really interesting and delves into intuition and observation. The experiment that inspired the book has become one of the best-known experiments in psychology.  You may have already seen the video but in case you haven’t I don’t want to ruin it for you.

It’s one thing to do business with a great client and create a long-term partnership. But taking it to the next level by visiting their offices – especially when they are as fun and visually stimulating as Canvas On Demand – makes for a deeper relationship. (CanvasOnDemand is a subsidiary company of Cafepress and along with other great brands like GreatBigCanvas, InvitationBox, ImageKind, LogoSportswear and more).

Of course, over the years of doing business with COD, we’ve had countless conference calls and exchanged hundreds of emails. I’ve dined with their executives. We’ve met up at conferences. But for me, nothing beats a face-to-face visit to the office of a client.
