Fin & Field Partners with Publisher of Leading Outdoor Magazines

fin & fieldCongratulations to our client Fin & Field on their announcement earlier this week of a strategic partnership with Bonnier Corporation, the leading publisher of outdoor publications.

After less than two years in business, the Santa Barbara-based company has a huge win with a

partnership that will expose Fin & Field to  Bonnier’s more than 20 million collective readers of Field & Stream, Outdoor Life, Saltwater Sportsman and Sport Fishing magazines. This means that Fin & Field’s  extensive listing of 25,000 plus  operators within its online marketplace for booking hunting and fishing trips, and outdoor adventures will now have a massive, passionate  audience.

This deal is a real testament to the Fin & Field executive team, which includes Rob Duva, who is their Chief Operating Officer. Rob and I have known each other for years. I watched him and the rest of executive team have big success in the pay per call space with Invoca (formerly RingRevenue) and it’s thrilling to see him do it again with Fin & Field.

I’m also excited about what this deal means for Fin & Field’s affiliate program, which just recently launched in ShareASale.  Through the partnership, Fin & Field’s brand awareness will be magnified throughout the hunting and fishing industry which is currently made up of over 37 million sportsmen in the US who are spending over $90 billion a year on hunting and fishing.  

These Sportsmen are a passionate and engaged audience that have substantial purchasing power and a desire to utilize technology to improve the process of experiencing the outdoors.  For affiliates, bloggers, and reviewers looking to promote offers in the outdoor and adventure space, the awareness created by the partnership will certainly make it even easier to earn commissions by helping Sportsmen sign up for a free Fin & Field account.
