A contemporary women’s fashion boutique was a rapidly growing regional brand with 36 brick and mortar stores. They were in the early stages of building out e-commerce. With an inventory that rotates often and seasonally, they needed a digital program that would quickly sell products, get more traffic to their website and acquire new customers.

Solution

To support the client’s long-term vision and to ensure meaningful strategic growth eAccountable began by implementing a simple Affiliate Marketing program. Affiliate Marketing was a particularly good idea for them as they are discount oriented with frequent sell out / close out products.   

eAccountable’s plan was to both get revenue generating programs off the ground immediately while also spending time to learn the brand to create a thoughtful and effective long-term strategy. The digital marketing strategy eAccountable ultimately implemented included these tools:  

  • Paid Search: Implemented a complete paid search campaign. Monitored and refined weekly. Reported out and provided recommendations monthly.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Evaluated affiliate marketing opportunities. Set up affiliate program, recruited high value publishers, partnered with strong affiliate partners, monitored and refined program weekly. Provided progress report and recommendations monthly.
  • eBates: Leveraged popular eBates cash back program to incentivize customers to buy online and off.  
  • SEO:  Ran technical audit to identify and prioritize issues interfering with search engines crawling the site and customer experience. Researched and selected lucrative keywords and created respective meta data. Design a content strategy to support keywords, build brand loyalty and awareness.
